

RENTAL INFORMATION FOR SPECIAL EVENTS
Located centrally off Highway 111 in the heart of Palm Desert, the Artists Center features a
stunning main Gallery and eight adjacent smaller galleries showcasing the works of our more
than 650 artist members.
With its beautiful landscaped outdoor spaces including the Artists Center Patio Terrace, this
venue offers wonderful event spaces to rent to members and third-party groups (corporate,
government and nonprofit) for private events after hours.
The Artists Center is a unique venue for cocktail parties, sit-down dinners, small concerts or musical events (the interior has great acoustics), lectures, or weddings. It can also be used for movie and television location filming.
RATES
Primary Rental Venue: The main gallery and eight adjacent smaller galleries, plus use of the outdoor space including the Patio Terrace. There is a day rental rate for corporate events ($5,000) and a reduced nonprofit rate ($2,500).
Education/Meeting Rooms: A Board Room for meetings (Room 10 on the floorplan) and a large Education Room (Room 12) for workshops or staging an event are also available for rental during our regular business hours on Wednesday through Sunday from10 am to 4 pm. Hourly Rate of $35 (with 3-hour minimum) per room.
